1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of "HSU Dotbugi" (the "Extension"). By installing and using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
The Extension aggregates lectures, assignments, and quizzes from the Hansung University LMS (https://learn.hansung.ac.kr/) within your browser and optionally synchronizes schedules with Google Calendar.
The Extension is provided free of charge and is an unofficial, third-party tool with no formal affiliation with Hansung University or Google.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will use the Extension only in a manner that complies with the Hansung University LMS terms of service and applicable laws.
- All information collected and displayed through the Extension is your own academic information, and you are solely responsible for verifying its accuracy.
- You are solely responsible for any use of unofficial or modified versions of the Extension distributed outside the Chrome Web Store or the official GitHub repository.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Reverse-engineering the Extension to bypass the Hansung University LMS security or otherwise impair the LMS
- Using the Extension to access another person's account or data without authorization
- Redistributing the Extension's code for commercial gain outside the terms of its license
5. Disclaimer
- The Extension is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Changes to the Hansung University LMS structure, Google API policies, or user environments may cause part or all of the Extension's functionality to stop working.
- The developer is not responsible for any academic consequences (e.g., missed attendance, missed assignments) arising from display errors, omissions, or missed notifications in the Extension.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss or academic consequences) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension.
7. Changes and Termination
The developer may modify, add, or discontinue features of the Extension at any time without prior notice. Service may be interrupted due to policy changes by Hansung University LMS or Google.
8. License
The source code of the Extension is licensed under the terms specified in the LICENSE file of the GitHub repository.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
